RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns & Refund Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of wine products, opened bottles cannot be returned.

Return Process:
To request a return, please contact us at michele12136@outlook.it within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds:
Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-returnable items:
Certain items such as rare, collectible, or final sale bottles may not be eligible for return.
